PENGARUH ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN KEMITRAAN TERHADAP ASET STRATEGIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA USAHA MIKRO KECIL (Studi pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Peternakan Sapi Potong di Kabupaten Batang)

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) of cattle farmers at Kabupaten Batang are small-scale economic activity that build on its own initiative. This Enterprises engaged in breeding, enlargement, until fattening. Cattle farmers at Kabupaten Batang didn’t show a good performance. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine how to improve the cattle farmers performance at Kabupaten Batang. This research was conducted by analyzing the factors that affect enterprises performance with entrepreneur oriented, learning processes, and partnership as a dependent variable and strategic asset as an intervening variable. This research by developing a theoretical model by proposing six hypotheses to be tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) as an analytical tool. Respondents of this study is MSEs cattle farmer which amounted to 110 people. The results of data processing by using SEM to theoretical models have met the Godness of Fit as follows: Value Chi Square = 181,181; df = 161; p = 5%; Probability = 0,132; GFI = 0,868; AGFI = 0,828; TLI = 0,983; CFI = 0,986; RMSEA = 0,034. The processing results can be stated that the model is feasible to use. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the enterprises can improve with strategic asset and partnership, while strategic asset can improve with entrepreneur oriented and partnership
