Background: Regular exercise and physical activity has been introduced as an effective method for the prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea. Exercising can increase endorphin hormone causes increased pain threshold and reduces the activity of the sympathetic system, resulting in a reduction in symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
