Background: Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a spice that is often used as traditional medicine. The active ingredient of turmeric, curcumin, acts as an anti-inflammatory on the allergic reaction. Allergy is not a deadly disease, but the disease can be a global health and social economic problems.
