Background: Schizophrenic is functional psychological disorder with main disruption on thinking process and disharmony. Schizophrenic patients often suffer deprivation by their family. Objective: This study aimed to identify in-depth description of family’s experience in restraint of schizophrenic patients treated at home in Kendal District Central Java. Method: This research used descriptive phenomenological design and in-depth interview as data collection method.
