PENGARUH ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT, FIRM SIZE, LEVERAGE, SALES GROWTH, PROFITABILITY TERHADAP FIRM VALUE (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sektor Non Keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2011 – 2013)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Enterprise Risk Management, Firm Size, Sales Growth, Leverage and profitability on Firm Vaue in the indonesian public listed companies. Population of this study is non financial companies that listed in indonesian stock echange during 2011 – 2013. The research sample using purposive sampling. Samples were taken from Indonesian Capital Market Directory during the period 2011-2013. The analysis technique used is the analysis of least squares regression equation and hypothesis testing using t-statistic to test the regression coefficient and f-statistic to examine the effect together with the level of significance at 5%. It also made the classic assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. During the period show that the research data were normally distributed. Based on the results of the study did not reveal any divergence classical assumptions, it indicates that the available data are qualified to use a multiple linear regression model. From the regression results show that together Enterprise Risk Management, Firm Size, Sales Growth, Leverage and Profitability affect the Firm value. From the results of the study also note that the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management in the Indonesian Stock Exchange listed companies did not give significant results against firm value. Other variables such as Firm Size, Sales Growth and profitability have positif signifikan effect on firm value, while Leverage had negative significant effect on firm value
