The purpose of this research is to test the influences of perceived of image and perceived of usefullness on trust to increase reference intention. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within BNI Shariah Pekalongan branches. The samples size of this research is 100 customers BNI Shariah Pekalongan branches. Using the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS).
