The problem in this study is the declining performance of employees in Kanwil DJP Central Java I. On the basis of these problems , the formulation of the research problem is : How transactional leadership and job motivation developed in Kanwil DJP Central Java I was able to create job satisfaction , which in turn has positive effects on employee performance .
