The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of work family conflict toward work stress, impact role ambiguity toward work stress, the impact of work stress toward intention to quit, the impact of work family conflict toward intention to quit and role ambiguity toward intention to quit. The sample which is used in this research are 80 employees in productive and non-productive age. The question is given by questionnaire that is distributed by random sampling techniques and methods analysis of data used is Multiple Regression Analysis by using SPSS program.
