ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN EKSTERNAL TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA (Studi pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Semarang)

This study aims to examine the internal factors and the external environmental factors on students’ interest in entrepreneurship. This study was conducted in high school because many young people who already become an entrepreneur. The target population of this study is 915 students of SMA Negeri 1 Semarang. The number of samples used is 200 students using purposive sampling. This study using Regression Method, where to achieve the goal is to analyze the influence of the independent variable are self confidence, task and result orientation, courage to take risk, leadership, future orientation, innovation and creativity that included to internal factors and social and family environment, school environment, and technology environment that included to external factors to the dependent variable are the interest in entrepreneurship. The results shows that each social and family environment variable and technology environment variable was influence positively dan significant to entrepreneurship’s interst. Whereas for self confidence, task and result orientation, courage to take risk, leadership, future orientation, innovation and creativity, and school environment variable did not had any significant influence. The conclution is there are only two independent variable are social and family environment and technology environment tha influence positively to the student’s interest of entrepreneurshi
