The Act changes the language in the Georgia Code providing for the renewal of dismissed cases. The Act also provides that motions requesting attorney\u27s fees in cases arising out of a defendant\u27s exercise of free speech or right to petition the government for redress of grievances must be filed within forty-five days after the final disposition of the case. Finally, the Act provides that a plaintiff is liable for all attorney\u27s fees arising out of a successful defense for the performance of a judicial officer\u27s official duties
