A 1966 graduate of the Notre Dame Law School, Frank received a bachelor of science degree from St. Louis University in 1963. A former chair of the Notre Dame Law School Advisory Council, he served on the council from 1983 until his death in 1993. His wife, Joan (“Cookie”), graduated from Marymount Manhattan College and lives in Virginia. The Gregorys have two children, Francis M. III and Lauren Sue. The Francis M.
