The South China Sea can be rated geopolitically, economically and strategically, its one of the most important seas in the world. It attracts considerable attention in contemporary thinking in international relations and strategic studies, and continues to be seen as a hot spot that could be a source of tension or even conflict in East Asia. The need for good order at sea in the South China Sea is a strong common interest of the countries bordering the sea, the United States and the cmerging maritime powers of Asia-China, India, Japan and South Korea
