Breaking ground for the first phase of an $11.7 million Indiana University Law School project on the Bloomington campus are, from the left, Law School Dean Sheldon Plager, IU President John W. The first phase of the project -calls for construction of an addition to the existing Law School building. ·The legislature gave the university authority to spend $5 million for this part of the project. The university will seek authority in the next session of the legislature to complete the project, which will include remodeling and renovation of the existing building
