Legislative Constitutional Amendment. Gives Legislature power to provide for payment of workmen\u27s compensation award to state on death, arising out of and in course of employment, of employee without dependents. Permits such awards to be used for extra subsequent injury compensation. Financial impact: If implemented, would decrease state costs approximately $1,800,000 per year
