EXCLUSION OF ABORTION RIGHTS FROM STATE CONSTITUTION. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Amends constitution to eliminate the right to an abortion, the right to public funding of an abortion if public funding of prenatal care and labor and delivery services is provided, or right of minors to have abortions without knowledge or consent of parents or guardians. Provides that any person given access to public school students may not in the course of employment or school activity assist, refer, or advise any enrolled student in seeking or obtaining an abortion, unless the person is a parent or legal guardian of that student.
