LIMITATION ON PUBLIC FUNDED ABORTIONS. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Provides no public funds shall be used for medically induced abortions except when necessary to prevent pregnant mother\u27s imminent death and only in event every reasonable effort is made to preserve life of unborn child prior to abortion. In lieu of expending public funds on abortions, requires Legislature for next three years to appropriate specific increases in public funds to provide physical care and medical treatment to unborn, premature, disabled and handicapped children.
