Sexual/Gender Identity in the Criminal Courts

This discussion focuses on the criminal justice system, particularly where LGBT individuals are currently being harmed, both by the courts, enforcement, and the system generally. The panelists identified the major harms, and explored ways to eliminate them from the system. The discussion specifically focused on the limitations of domestic violence programs, and the challenges they pose to the community.
