The Symposium authors take on issues relating to corporate governance, corporate culture, corporate social responsibility, critical race theory, feminist legal theory, law and economics, and socioeconomics. It is only with a greater understanding of these themes that discriminatory corporate cultures can be transformed, and discrimination in the business setting mitigated
