While China has recently enjoyed positive economic indicators, the corporate governance structure has gone largely unchecked. This note argues that economic growth in China will not continue without major reforms in corporate governance. By providing a two-tiered corporate governance solution based on economic reform in a bank-centric economy and human resource allocation utilizing foreign and local workforces, the author provides a structure from which China\u27s economy could continue to flourish.
