Max Cleland to deliver guest lecture on international politics and Iraq ATHENS, Ga. - Former U.S. Sen. J. Maxwell (Max) Cleland will be the guest speaker at an American Constitution Society meeting April 12 at 3:30 p.m. in the University of Georgia School of Law’s classroom B. The title of Cleland’s address is “International Politics in Iraq.” The meeting is open to the public, and admission is free.
