The study of migration is the key importance not only in Demography but also in Population Studies. Migration is the primary stage of development. Migration is related to development, urbanization, industrialization as well as technological advancement. The aim of this study is to observe the effects of socio-economic and demographic factors on male migrants. The sample data of 700 respondents was collected by multi-stage sampling technique at Meherpur Sadar thana at Meherpur district, Bangladesh.
