She arrived in Washington, D.C. in 1941. Januario was born Feburary 10, 1910 in the Philippines, and he died August 23, 1999 in Washington, D.C." The photo was likely taken by Cacas for her project, a photo documentary titled, "A Visit with My Elders: portraits and stories of the early 20th century Filipino pioneers.
