Jerry (Yoram) Wind, Lauder Professor, Academic Director, The Wharton Fellows Program, Director, SEI Center for Advanced Studies in Management and Professor of Marketing, addressed the question: Can technology help enhance student engagement? He discussed a consumer engagement model developed as part of the Wharton Future of Advertising Program called RRAVES -- Relevance, Respect, Actionable, Valuable, Exciting experience and Surprising story. He explored the applicability of this model to students as learners.
