The two files contain excerpts of codes written in Program R (Version 3.1.1) to determine the accuracy and precision of statistical population reconstruction (Chapter 4) and to explore the effectiveness of localized management on the spread of chronic wasting disease (Chapter 5). The files can be opened by any text editors.
