Financing Public Services in West Minnesota.

In this report, governmental economy of West Minnesota is detailed and its primary functions analyzed in terms of the flow of funds from sources to uses estimated for a single calendar year. This is the first step in an economic analysis of the financing problems and potentials of a multi-county planning area.
