In the first essay, I document novel empirical facts at the aggregate and the firm level on the reallocation of tangible and intangible capital. First, at the aggregate level, I interpret firm physical capital sales data as tangible capital reallocation and data on mergers and acquisitions (M\&As) data on intangible capital reallocation.
