This report summarizes a study of heat loading and stream temperature in Miller Creek in support of the MPCA Miller Creek temperature TMDL. The work described here builds on previous work done at St. Anthony Falls Lab (Erickson et al. 2009, Herb and Stefan 2009a, 2009b, 2009c.) to include 2009 monitoring data and to characterize temperatures and heat inputs based on both daily and weekly temperature standards.South St. Louis Soil and Water Conservation Distric
