Author Institution: Nasa Ames Research Center; Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of TechnologyThe absolute line intensities of transitions in the $2\nu_{3}$ vibrational band of $^{12}C^{16}O ^{18}O$ at $4639.5 cm^{-1}$ have been measured in $CO_{2}$ with natural isotopic abundance. The absolute uncertainty of the derived band intensity is $\pm 3\%$ or better. The spectra of $CO_{2}$ gas samples in the range of 45 to 65 torr at room temperature were recorded at $0.012 cm^{-1}$ resolution using the McMath Fourier transform spectrometer located at Kitt Peak National Observatory / National Solar Observatory, AZ.
