Author Institution: Laboratoire d'Infrarouge, Laboratoire associ\'e au CNRS Universit\'e de Paris VIHigh-resolution spectra, recorded either on Fourier transform or SISAM-type spectrometers, allow very good determination of vibration-rotation constants of $CH_{2}D_{2}$. The $\nu_{1}$ and $\nu_{6}$ lines were assigned between 2900 and $3300 cm^{-1}$ in a spectrum obtained with a Fourier transform spectrometer. The experimental data have led to very accurate molecular constants for the ground state of the molecule. The Watson Hamiltonian including eight constants fits 404 ground state combination differences with a standard deviation of $0-0007 cm^{-1}$.
