Author Institution: Department s of Physics and Electrical Engineering, Carnegie-Mellon UniversityWe have prepared a computer program for the determination of the fluorescence expected in a gaseous molecular system subjected to intense continuous radiation in the infrared. The parameters entering in the solution of the ``master” or ``rate” equations include V-V/T transaction probability expressions and the Einstein A and B coefficients. The V-V/T expressions currently being used are modifications of those developed by Donald Rapp. The fluorescence intensities follow from the distribution of energy level populations.
