Author Institution:A discussion of the application of Microwave Optical Magnetic Resonance Induced by Electrons (MOMRIE) spectroscopy to the study of triplet states of $H_{2}$ will be presented. Experimental results will be given for triplet Rydberg states of $H_{2}$ and $D_{2}$ in which resonances have been observed with widths as narrow as the natural lifetime limit. Measurements of these resonances have led to the accurate determination of fine and hyperfine structures for these triplet states
