The complete dependence of the kinetic energy on the bending angle is included. The Hamiltonian with a perturbing potential barrier. One of these terms is proportional to $l^{2}$. The effect of these large amplitude terms is being determined by comparing calculated energy levels with the levels of the two-dimensional oscillator with a barrier
