Author Institution: Department of Physics, The Pennsylvania State UniversityThe $3100 cm^{-1}$ parallel band of cyclopropane has been observed with high resolution. Previously published spectra show an anomaly in the P and R branches interpreted as a perturbation to the upper state $J = 11$ level. With higher resolution it is clear that every upper state rotational level is perturbed. The $\Delta_{2}F$ method leads to consistent rotational constants for the ground state.
