Author Institution: Division of Pure Physics, National Research CouncilThe microwave spectrum of $CO(CN)_{2}$ has been investigated in the 12 to 40 Gc region. Preliminary values for the rotational constants are $A = 6761.3 Mc, B = 2924.5 Mc, C = 2038.0 Mc$, and $\kappa = -0.6246$. Comparison with a simple assumed structure, having linear $C-C \equiv N$ groups, indicates a $C-C-C$ angle between $114^{\circ}$ and $116^{\circ}$
