Both $^{33}Cl$ and $^{27}Cl$ species have been assigned. Provisional values of the rotational constants are $A-C=2082.3 Mc, \kappa=-0.9155$ for the main isotope and $A-C = 2162.4 Mc, \kappa= -0.911$ for the $^{37}$Cl species. The quadrupole coupling constants will be reported
