A VIBRATIONAL ANALYSIS FOR SOME HALOGEN SUBSTITUTED BOROXINES.

Thus by using the Raman data of $Goubeau^{1}$ a nearly complete vibrational assignment for $(BOCl)_{3}$ was possible. A tentative assignment of the infrared active modes of the other boroxine derivatives was then made. From this basis an overlay force constant calculation, which permitted a more detailed assignment for all members of this series of molecules, was possible
