Author Institution: Molecular Spectroscopy Section, National Bureau of StandardsThe microwave spectrum of difluoramine, $HNF_{2}$, has been investigated. Both b and c type transitions have been observed; the rotational constants are 53017, 10895, and 9307 Mc. The inversion splitting in the ground state appears to be very small. Nuclear quadrupole hyperfine structure and Stark effects have been analysed. The structure of the molecule will be discussed
