Irradiation of $C_{2} N_{2}$ via corona discharge was the source of CN radicals. Isotopic labeling was used to obtain spectra for the $^{13}C_{2} {^{14}}N_{2}$ and $^{12}C_{2} {^{15}}N_{2}$ isomers. The data obtained permit a normal coordinate treatment to be performed and a derivation of force constants to be $made.^{a}$ These results are compared with earlier $work.^{b}$ FT Raman work is currently in progress
