Atomic basis sets were optimized for rhenium, chlorine, oxygen, and phosphorus for use with Christiansen relativistic effective core potentials. Recently the COLUMBUS graphical unitary group approach multi-configuration self-consistent field (MCSCF) program was modified to incorporate these potentials.
