Author Institution: Charles Stark Draper Laboratory; Department of Chemistry, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute TroyThe microwave spectrum of oxygen-18 enriched perfluoroethylene oxide was investigated in the region of 26.5 to 40 GHz. The groundstate rotational constants (MHz) are A = 4234.51, B = 2518.13 and C = 1949.79. Vibrationally excited states of the normal isotope and the carbon 13 species in natural abundance are currently being studies.
