Spectrosc. 55, 445 (1975).Author Institution:The results of a preliminary analysis of the perpendicular band $\nu_{4}$ of $CHD_{3}$, are reported. The band is centered near $2251 \mbox{cm}^{-1}$. More than 1500 lines have been measured with a resolution better than $0.020 \mbox{cm}^{-1}$. Deconvolution techniques have been applied to the observed lines to give an effective resolution of $0.008 \mbox{cm}^{-1}$. The ground state parameters of Jennings and $Blass^{1}$ and the excited state constants from the Raman study by Kattenberg and $Brodersen^{2}$ have been used with a spectrum simulation program to assign ...
