Author Institution:The Raman spectrum of the $\nu_{3}$ vibration-rotation band of $^{74}GeH_{4}$ has been recorded from 1945 to $2255 cm^{-1}$ with a resolution of $\sim 0.10$ $cm^{-1}$. Highly enriched isotopic samples were used for these experiments $(^{74}Ge > 95%)$. The resolution was sufficient to clearly resolve for the first time the individual subband branches such as $0^{-} 0^{0}, 0^{+} R^{0}$ and $R^{-}$. The tetrahedral splitting has not been resolved. The spectrum has been assigned and preliminary analyses will be reported
