Author Institution: Department of Chemistry, Muskingum College; Sterling Chemistry Laboratories, Yale UniversityWe have recorded the multiphoton ionization spectra of ammonia ($NH_{3}$). The $\tilde{A}, \tilde{B}$ and $\tilde{D}$ states are observed. An additional state is observed in the region of the $\tilde{C}$ state, but with substantially different rotational and vibrational constants than those reported in the literature. This state is observed in three photon absorption and analyses of the rotational structure will be given for several of the vibrational bands
