Author Institution: Department of Chemistry, University of MichiganThe 0-1 and 1-2 transitions of 12 isotopic species of $BH_{3}CO$ have been measured. The heavy atom $r_{s}$ structural parameters were calculated several ways so as to minimize the effect of the small carbon coordinate. The average result is $d (BC) = 1.537 \pm 0.003$ {\AA}, $d(BO) = 2.670 \pm 0.002$ {\AA}
