On the low frequency end $\nu_{2}-\nu_{1}$ has been identified and analyzed using lines in the P and R series of the sub-bands observed under high resolution ($\approx 0.07 cm^{-2}$). Molecular constants obtained are, in $cm^{-1} B^{\prime\prime}=0.25018$, $B^{\prime}= 0.24898$, $D_{k}=0.000056$, and $A^{\prime}=5.095, \zeta_{4}=0.052$, $\nu_{o}=4302.15$ assuming $A^{\prime} = 5.104$.
