ROTATIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE ANTISYMMETRIC VIBRATION OF OZONE

A good fit for low J is obtained with the following upper state parameters: vibrational frequency $\nu_{3} = 1042.16 cm^{-1}$; rotational constants $A = 3.50_{2} cm^{-1}$, $B = 0.440_{1} cm^{-1}$, $C = 0.338_{3} cm^{-1}$
