Pengaruh Extrinsic Motivation, Absorptive Capacity, Channel Richness Dan Level of IT Usage Terhadap Sikap Individu Atas Perilaku Sharing Knowledge

This study aims to examine the effect of extrinsic motivation, absorptive capacity, channel richness and level of IT USAge on individual attitudes towards knowledge sharing behavior. Respondents in this study were students of informatics engineering Semarang State University and the University of Diponegoro. Methods of data collection in this study using survey methods. Samples were taken by purposive sampling by taking the respondent to be used as a sample of 135 students. Analysis tools used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that variables extrinsic motivation does not have an influence on individual attitudes on knowledge sharing behavior. While the variable absorptive capacity, channel richness, and the level of IT USAge has a positive influence on individual attitudes on knowledge sharing behavior
