Analisis Hubungan Struktur Pasar, Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Industri Perikanan Tangkap Tuna Skala Kecil di Kota Bitung

This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of market structure on firm performance, the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance, and influence of market structure on firm performance through entrepreneurial orientation. This research applied the Structure-Conduct-Performance (SCP) paradigm. Data were obtained through a survey on small-scale tuna fishing firms in Bitung City. The sample was drawn using purposive sampling and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM method. The results showed that the influence of market structure on firm performance, the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance, and influence of market structure on firm performance through entrepreneurial orientation were all significant. This research concluded that the change in market structure to conducive state would increase the firm performance, and the higher the entrepreneurial orientation of the firm, the higher the firm performance in small-scale tuna fishing industry in Bitung City. Keywords: market structure, entrepreneurial orientation, firm performance, fishing industry Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh struktur pasar terhadap kinerja Perusahaan, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja Perusahaan, serta pengaruh struktur pasar terhadap kinerja Perusahaan melalui orientasi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menerapkan paradigma Struktur-Perilaku-Kinerja. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui survei terhadapperusahaan-Perusahaan perikanan tangkap tuna skala kecil di Kota Bitung. Sampel ditarik dengan metode purposive samplingdan data dianalisis dengan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh struktur pasar terhadap kinerja Perusahaan, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja Perusahaan, serta pengaruh struktur pasar terhadap kinerja Perusahaan melalui orientasi kewirausahaansemuanya signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Perubahan struktur pasar ke arah yang kondusifakan meningkatkan kinerja Perusahaan, dan semakin tinggi orientasi kewirausahaan Perusahaan, semakin tinggi pula kinerja Perusahaan dalam industri perikanan tangkap tuna skala kecil di Kota Bitung.
