The aim of this developmental study is to produce an entrepreneurship textbook for students which is attractive and fit for use in learning, and to determine the effectiveness of textbooks in improving learning outcomes. Design and development of procedures to follow step of development by Dick and Carey. The results of developmental research can be concluded that the average learning outcomes in the experimental class taught using the textbook development results higher than the average classroom learning outcomes learning control by not using products of development. Completeness results of an experimental class classical study> 65%, while the control class mastery learning classical 65%, sedangkan kelas kontrol ketuntasan belajar klasikal < 65%
