The Accountability in The Use of The Prerogative of The President of The Judicial Sector in Ensuring The Independence of Judicial Power. Indonesia has Presidential system in its state. President leads both the nation and the state. These had been manifestation at 1945 constitution. President has the prerogative in judicial matters that intersect with rights owned by other branches of power, namely the Judiciary. This paper analyzed the prerogative of the President as a form of implementation of the Presidents power under the 1945 Constitution and examined the link prerogative of the President in the judicial field, whether or not to reduce or even amputate the independence of judicial power.
